I will try to keep up with all news / up-dates posted on the bands official website and myspace. 2009-03-08 - Another summerfestival! Memory Garden have just been confirmed to play Rockweekend in Kilafors outside of Bollnäs - Sweden. There are some really cool bands confirmed so far...Arch Enemy, Dimmu Borgir, Nightingal (with Tom Björn on drums), Edguy, WASP etc....and more will follow. The festival is held july 9 - 11. The running order isn't set yet so we will get back on which day Memory Garden plays as soon as it's all set! See ya all there!!

2009-01-22 - Tides – re-issue out February 2nd! We are very happy to announce that our first full length album “Tides” will finally be available again. We have received tons of e-mails, letters and questions about why this album isn’t released again and until now we have never had any good answer to that question. But now we have... …the second of February Vic Records will release a re-issue of this since long sold out masterpiece. The album will contain the entire “Tides” album, re-mastered by Mike Wead, 3 cool bonus tracks, linear notes from the band telling some anecdotes from the recording and brand new artwork by Peter Sallai, everything inspired by the old artwork…just a little facelift for the re-issue. We do hope you all will love this one….it’s time for some real doom again folks!!!

2008-11-29 - Memory Garden to play Headbangers Open Air! The first summerfestival is now confirmed. Memory Garden will play at the Headbangers Open Air in Germany. The festival is taking place July 23-25/2009 in Brande-Hörnerkirchen outside of Hamburg. See you there! //Memory Garden

2008-09-25 - Memory Garden parts way with guitarist! Anders is no longer a part of Memory Garden. Due to lack of time and personal priorities we have decided to part ways with him. Anders has been a big part of Memory Garden both as a friend and as songwriter and we will miss him a lot but we think this is the best thing for the band. We would like to thank him for all the laughs, all the great music and all the time he put into the band. Miss you bro! We would also like to take the opportunity to welcome Ante Mäkelä into our Garden. We have known Ante for a lot of years and there were never any doubt that he was the man for the job. Ante also plays in the band Evil Conspiracy and we would like to thank them for letting us abuse him as well. Ante has already played 2 shows with us and they both worked out flawlessly and we are sure you all will love the new Memory Garden. So…welcome Ante…you know that you now are doomed for life! //Memory Garden
